Dillon Baer joined Harlan Capital Partners in 2020. As Director and Head of Research, Mr. Baer oversees the investment program and portfolio management for the firm. He previously spent 10 years in New York working on the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection team within Goldman Sachs Asset Management focused on credit investments in both public and private markets.

Prior to his time at Goldman, Mr. Baer worked in the Antitrust and Competition practice area within NERA Economic Consulting.

Mr. Baer graduated from Colorado College with a BA in both Mathematical Economics and Chemistry. He is a CFA charterholder.
