Ron Heinkel joined Harlan Capital Partners in 2025 and focuses on the firm’s screening, underwriting, and due diligence of new investment opportunities. Mr. Heinkel also plays a role in portfolio management. Prior to joining Harlan, Mr. Heinkel was part of the corporate development team at Roper Technologies, where he was responsible for executing strategic acquisitions. His earlier experience includes investment roles at Osceola Capital and Cohere Capital, where he focused on middle-market private equity transactions, as well as an investment banking analyst role at DBO Partners.

 

Mr. Heinkel earned both his BS and MS in Finance from the University of Florida.
